To develop your ideal practice, your coaches first need to discover its unique strengths and weaknesses and explore what you’ve done in the past that was successful (and what wasn’t.) From this process, we’ll work together to create a plan of action for what you want your practice to look and function like and how we can make that happen.
Targeted Coaching Sessions
Twice per month you’ll meet virtually with your Perform Practice Solutions coaches, both 1:1 and with your team, to receive transformative lessons and guidance tailored to your clinic’s needs.
